Next time you’re not feeling so great or you feel as if you’re going to explode from stress. Try mind dumping.
Get some paper and start writing. Don’t worry about grammar, spelling or even making sense. Just start writing. Whatever comes up, comes out. Like puking.
You can use any paper and pen Or for more fun get out some colors and really let it out. Pick colors that match your feelings.
Don’t think to much about it. Follow your ‘the’ thoughts.
Maybe you will have questions. Maybe you will tell someone off.
It doesn’t matter what what you write, whats important is that you get it out of your head.
You will feel a whole lot better and you may even gain some clarity and sleep more peacefully.
